After having finished the final tracklisting for the forthcoming GOTHIC VISIONS II, we are glad to inform you that once again we succeeded in putting together a very entertaining and varied mix for all  fans of the genre and its many variants.

The 37 tracks in all contain 24 still unreleased songs as well as some of our label bands, of course, such as e. g. Mystigma, Leichenwetter, In Viro, Tunes Of Dawn, Whispers In The Shadow, Golden Apes, Lost Area, [DE:AD:CIBEL], Bionic, Versus and The Dark Unspoken.

Particularly for the MERA LUNA Festival, Echozone is going to release a double CD entitled "Plasmatic Mutation".

Both CDs will be available for free at the festival for visitors at our booth who either buy a CD out of our catalogue or present our MERA LUNA flyer, in the form of individually packaged promo versions.

On this double CD, we put quite a mixed bag together representing our label profile that first and foremost should be of good entertainment value. Thus, the 37 tracks in all include several still unreleased songs - e. g. by Andreas Gross, Lolita KompleX, Nachzehrer or Deadlock 5.

The "Plasmatic" CD mostly presents guitar-laden bands and artists whereas "Mutation" goes in the electronic direction.

After mid-August both CDs - in the form of a double CD - will be available at a special price at our shop and at Amazon. Of course, we are going to throw in this double version as a bonus in connection with future special bundle campaigns.

On September, 24th, VERSUS are going to release the electro pop EBM concept album "Different Twilight Places". Since 2001, the band has built up quite a reputation with several self-released CDs and numerous live gigs.

The 15 album tracks offer a broad range of club electro, EBM and pop without shrinking from the application of electric and acoustic guitars.

The project of two named [DE:AD:CIBEL] is going to release its first album "KLONDIKE" on October, 1st. After publishing the first limited club EP "One Of 47 / Architecture" single-handedly, the band now present 13 ruthless electro EBM tracks which balance perfectly between hard club sounds, industrial and floating electro / future pop.

At the same time, they stick to their idea of creating electronic music that is powerful and danceable but possesses the right dose of verve and enough space for elaborate arrangements and compositions without just wanting to be loudish. "KLONDIKE" is an electro EBM album fit for clubs that invites you to dance but also to listen closely.

After their 2005th debut "die by echoes" and the follower "rotten memories" from 2008, THE DARK UNSPOKEN are going to release their third album "Diode In Your Head?" on October, 15th, presenting again a fireworks of vibrant electro EBM songs.

On 12 driving tracks the band shows that electronic music somewhere between classic electro, industrial and wave pop can both be ready to hit the dance floor and have very harmonic and catchy melodies. Check out a first audio sample from all songs in The Dark Unspoken Label profile.

After “Elektronation” and “Disco Dracula” goJA moon ROCKAH present their third and so far most sophisticated album named “Libido Cowboys” which will be released on September, 24th.

In 2010, too, the 10 songs are dominated by chilly electronic beats flirting with post punk elements, high whirring guitar sound walls and great melodies. At the same time, the band has kept their insane charm (“Backstage”) and a necessary dose of irony (“Moped Punker”). However, they have gone the extra mile regarding the lyrics and the musical progress.

“Libido Cowboys” offers 10 varying electro pop songs what want to entertain, amuse and stimulate. Hefty electronic beats, spheric keyboards, singer Herr Ja's deep voice, elaborate arrangements and very catchy melodies provide them with the matching ingredients.

The album will be available exclusively for pre-sale at our MERA LUNA booth.

With "Goodbye Cruel World" Tunes Of Dawn present their third album which will be released on October, 8th.

Again, with this album the band underline their very own style within the broad area of dark / gothic rock / metal music. They impressively understand to convey their own symbiosis with heavy guitar rock and dark melancholy in terms of elaborately composed and varied songs.

Of course, a certain disrespect for most different musical genres and a twinkle in the eye despite all profoundness are part of T.O.D.'s own musical universe on this album as well.

The CD will be released as a special limited digipack edition, and the band is certainly going to play several gigs in autumn to present the new album.

After their last year's much-noticed debut EP, Downstairs Left are now going to release their first album entitled "Waiting For The Golden Age" on October, 22nd.

And it is worth the wait as the appeal of the ten album tracks and three bonus songs (a. o. a cover version of No Comment's "Typewritten Life") lies in their simple beauty and intensity which are scarce in today's gothic scene.

For the moment, the album will only be available as a limited digipack first edition. A first audio sample of all songs can be found in the Downstairs Left label profile.

On October, 8th, IN VIRO are going to release their debut album entitled "Gehorche! Fühle! Glaube!". In the best tradition of "New German Heaviness" the band presents 12 powerful album songs providing heavy guitars, pounding drums and critical to provoking lyrics.

From the start singer and band founder Dante Frost and comrade-in-arms Joe Six are stepping on it and offer straightforward, dark, but always driving and very catchy rock music. However, they do not neglect either subtly, but specifically used electronic sounds as well as a big load of pleasing melodies.

The band is going to present "Gehorche! Fühle! Glaube!" live on stage during the next months.

On October, 8th, Traumtaenzer are going to release their debut album entitled "Der weisse Raum". The band was founded by Tom O..Connell (a. o. former member of GARDEN OF DELIGHT and current member of HOUSE OF USHER) and completed by singer Marco B., singer Eva and violinist Sandra. They now present an album which knows how to perfectly combine German-language gothic wave with danceable rhythms and a melancholic atmosphere.

The album contains 11 songs as well as three bonus tracks including a club mix of "Stigmata", a video clip of "Für die Nacht" and a remix of "Die Wahrheit" done together with Leichenwetter as special guests. The band is going to present the album in autumn on several gigs, a. o. together with Leichenwetter as well.

In October, Leichenwetter's fourth album will be released on Echozone. The album entitled "Legende" contains 12 epic, powerful, dark to gothic-melancholic guitar rock songs that underline again the band's exceptional position.

Besides a cover version of Falco's "Out Of The Dark", many classic-lyrical oeuvres (a. o. by Goethe, Heinrich Heine or Ernst Stadler) have been turned into very vigorous, German-language songs resulting into a varying as well as thrilling album worth discovering.

We are glad to inform you that Lolita KompleX are going to release their debut album which is scheduled for spring 2011, on Echozone. In advance, you can get a first taste in the form of a contribution ("Lausbub") to our MERA LUNA "Plasmatic" compilation.

Just recently, the band was on tour in Japan. They will go to the studio in autumn to record their album.

Minerve's new album "Please" is going to be released on September, 24th, on Echozone. Produced by Olaf Wollschläger, the album's 12 tracks set a high standard.

On "Please" Daniel and Andreas Wollatz as well as Mathias Türk press every button to get closer to their definition of perfect electro pop. Check out a first audio sample of all songs here.

On October, 15th, THE MIST OF AVALON are going to release their third album on Echozone. After a recording hiatus of 10 years the Swedish band present with "Dinya" an exceedingly varying and vigorous gothic rock wave album that will certainly allure a lot of new fans and thrill the old ones.

The 12 tracks of the album offer a vast range between goth rock influences, wave pop and indie rock.

As for pre-sale the album will be available exclusively at the MERA LUNA Echozone booth.

With deep sorrow we must inform you that Andrea Bleuler died on May 23rd, 2010. She was diagnosed with cancer in September 2008. After a first recovery - Division Kent even played two shows in New York in September 2009 - she suffered a relapse from which Andrea did not recover anymore.

Division Kent does not exist any longer.

Originally founded under the name of “Tears Of Mystigma”, the band changed their name to the catchier “Mystigma” in 2005 after a couple of releases and numerous live performances (a. o. at the WGT). After the much-noticed album “Universal Surrender” (2005) it is time now for the new opus “Andagony”.

The band defines entirely new standards by this album. Straightforward but always with a sense of compositional nuances and melodies, the tracks go point-blank into your ears. And frontman and singer Torsten simply knows how to give the necessary depth, roughness and above all individuality to the songs with his coarse and soulful voice.

“Andagony“ is a vigorous and gloomy but always melodic rock album which is worth discovering. The official video clip to the single “Visions Incomplete“ was presented in summer and already turned up on a couple of releases (e. g. Sweden Rock DVD, Gothic Visions II). There are already pre-releases of several songs on various compilations as well, such as the ECHOZONE Zillo CD magazine insert or the “Dark Allure“ compilation.

In the course of the album release in the autumn of 2010, the band is going to present the new songs live on stage.

After last year's first release of the GOTHIC VISIONS CD + DVD Special Edition compilation ECHOZONE will release the second one in October of this year.

The GOTHIC VISIONS is done in cooperation with the underground magazine CRAWLING TUNES and other media partners. The release will be fully promoted within the campaigns starting from August to November of 2010 and will be featured in advertisements, reviews plus featured on online radio and TV shows.

The new edition includes a full packed audio CD, a DVD with more than three hours of music plus more than three hours of video clips, live performances, gothic visuals, etc.

The deadline for the final audio and video mastering of the tracks is 12th of July, 2010 !!

The new album from the German electro pop band MINERVE is going to be released in autumn this year by ECHOZONE. The album is called "Please" and was mixed and audio mastered by well-known German producer Olaf Wollschläger.

The band is going on a Russian tour at the end of April. For more information go to www.minerve.de. More dates about gigs later this year are coming soon.

In addition to the release of the new album the first two CDs "Sensefiction" and "Breathing Avenue" will be re-released in limited editions including bonus tracks. 

The new MOON.74 album is going to be released by ECHOZONE in autumn this year. The album is currently still in the process of being mixed and audio mastered and will be available as a special pre-release edition in July / August at MOON.74 directly and our shop plus at our stall at the MERA LUNA festival.

MOON.74 is going to play two gigs as support for DE/VISION on 1st and 2nd of May in Wien and Augsburg. More gigs to follow in autumn.
