Das neue Minerve Album "Please" erscheint am 24.September über ECHOZONE. Die zwölf, von Olaf Wollschläger produzierten, Songs des Albums setzen für die Band neue Maßstäbe.

Daniel und Andreas Wollatz sowie Mathias Türk ziehen auf "Please" alle Register um ihrer Definition von perfektem Electro-Pop noch näher zu kommen. Ab sofort können die Songs des Albums hier als Preview gehört werden. 

Die beiden Vorgänger "Breathing Avenue" (2004) und "Sensefiction" (2006) sind in remasterten Versionen mit Bonus-Tracks nun ebenfalls über unseren SHOP, AMAZON oder POPONAUT erhältlich.

On October, 15th, THE MIST OF AVALON are going to release their third album via Echozone. After a recording hiatus of 10 years the Swedish band present with "Dinya" an exceedingly varying and vigorous gothic rock wave album that will certainly allure a lot of new fans and thrill the old ones.

The 12 tracks of the album offer a vast range between goth rock influences, wave pop and indie rock.

With deep sorrow we must inform you that Andrea Bleuler died on May 23rd, 2010. She was diagnosed with cancer in September 2008. After a first recovery - Division Kent even played two shows in New York in September 2009 - she suffered a relapse from which Andrea did not recover anymore.

Division Kent does not exist any longer.

Originally founded under the name of “Tears Of Mystigma”, the band changed their name to the catchier “Mystigma” in 2005 after a couple of releases and numerous live performances (a. o. at the WGT). After the much-noticed album “Universal Surrender” (2005) it is time now for the new opus “Andagony”.

The band defines entirely new standards by this album. Straightforward but always with a sense of compositional nuances and melodies, the tracks go point-blank into your ears. And frontman and singer Torsten simply knows how to give the necessary depth, roughness and above all individuality to the songs with his coarse and soulful voice.

“Andagony“ is a vigorous and gloomy but always melodic rock album which is worth discovering. The official video clip to the single “Visions Incomplete“ was presented in summer and already turned up on a couple of releases (e. g. Sweden Rock DVD, Gothic Visions II). There are already pre-releases of several songs on various compilations as well, such as the ECHOZONE Zillo CD magazine insert or the “Dark Allure“ compilation.

In the course of the album release in the autumn of 2010, the band is going to present the new songs live on stage.

After last year's first release of the GOTHIC VISIONS CD + DVD Special Edition compilation ECHOZONE will release the second one in October of this year.

The GOTHIC VISIONS is done in cooperation with the underground magazine CRAWLING TUNES and other media partners. The release will be fully promoted within the campaigns starting from August to November of 2010 and will be featured in advertisements, reviews plus featured on online radio and TV shows.

The new edition includes a full packed audio CD, a DVD with more than three hours of music plus more than three hours of video clips, live performances, gothic visuals, etc.

The deadline for the final audio and video mastering of the tracks is 12th of July, 2010 !!

The new album from the German electro pop band MINERVE is going to be released in autumn this year by ECHOZONE. The album is called "Please" and was mixed and audio mastered by well-known German producer Olaf Wollschläger.

The band is going on a Russian tour at the end of April. For more information go to www.minerve.de. More dates about gigs later this year are coming soon.

The new MOON.74 album is going to be released by ECHOZONE in autumn this year. The album is currently still in the process of being mixed and audio mastered and will be available as a special pre-release edition in July / August at MOON.74 directly and our shop plus at our stall at the MERA LUNA festival.

MOON.74 is going to play two gigs as support for DE/VISION on 1st and 2nd of May in Wien and Augsburg. More gigs to follow in autumn.

"At The End Of All Things" is DISTANCE's first album release (May 14th) on ECHOZONE. This project is a cooperation between Avalist who produced some albums of Misantrophe back in the nineties, and René whose project ZERITAS is going to release a new album before long.

On this album DISTANCE celebrate hypnotic Electro Wave far away from pounding beats and full-on clichéd lyrics. Especially the congenial fusion of both of the band members' voices provides the songs with an interesting emotional depth.

A melancholic and gloomy undertone backed up by electronic orchestration done to the point, runs through all twelve album tracks. The musical affinity with DE/VISION or Depeche Mode is, indeed, unmistakeable, but never sounds put on.

After last year's debut "Disease", Minusheart now present their first remix album called "Healed" which is going to be released on April 30th.

Being divided into two parts according to the topics which are "Hospitalisation" and "Disinfection", those 17 remixes lead the original compositions into very different versions of electronic EBM sounds.

The remixes of the first part done by a. o. Art Deko, Monosys, Destroid and Menschliche Energie, emphasise the dancefloor potential of the originals whereas part two with remixes by a. o. Accessory, Klangsturm and Alter der Ruine rather highlights experimental Industrial EBM sounds. Once more Accessory mastermind Dirk Steyer audio mastered this album.

As with "Disease", "Healed" knows how to score by means of individuality and the eagerness to experiment. And it might just pleasently cut short the wait for album no. 2 which is already in progress.

After the much-noticed debut album "Above And Beyond" Denight is now going to present a gloomy rock album called "Human Reflections" (release date: May 14th) which again knows to meet demands by means of epic and powerful arrangements.

Once more the six-headed band including composer Tim, founder and ex-guitarist of Diary Of Dreams, and singer / songwriter Stephan proves to be able to give new impetus to the gothic genre through their very own goth rock mix.

The second Reactive Black album entitled "A New Dawn" is going to be released on May 14th of this year via Echozone.

As on their debut album "Upcoming Evil", the eleven new tracks again leave a lasting impression caused by Sassy Skeleton's extraordinary low female voice and some pitch-black goth rock compositions. The pulsating heavy guitar play of songwriter Rotten runs through all the arrangements und emphasises the gloomy undertone of the album.

With "A New Dawn" Reactive Black celebrate guitar oriented goth rock laced with melancholy and a catchy tune. Some kind of music that has defined itself in its own way despite a recognisable affinity with bands like Skeletal Family or Love Like Blood.

On May 7th Zeritas will release their debut album via Echozone / Intergroove. The band members have been active in various other projects of different musical styles for years. In 2005, Zeritas came third place at the "Battle Of The Bands" competition hosted by Sonic Seducer.

This project displays the harmonic interaction between gothic, electronic, romantic and dark wave with a hint of Element Of Crime. And with one exception the lyrics are all written in German.

The album was audio mastered by Thomas Heimann-Trosi who has already worked for bands like Blutengel, Letzte Instanz, Qntal, Subway To Sally and Terminal Choice.

After the CD-EP release in 2007, the second album by Remember Twilight will be out on April 23rd via Echozone / Intergroove.

With "Musik über Niedergang & Verderben" the band again presents a refreshing mixture of metal / hardcore, medieval / classic orchestration and German lyrics. In doing so, they know how to convince by means of varied song concepts beyond worn-out "medieval rock" clichés. Their music can be described at best as "chamber music core".

Besides a remix of the song "KdD" by Metallspürhunde, the album features a special highlight in terms of a very hauntingly performed version of the classic "Mack The Knife" penned and composed by Kurt Weill / Bertolt Brecht.

The debut EP "Vampyre Songs" of the French band Double Elvis will be out soon presaging the album release due in autumn 2010.

Both on the EP and the album Matt Walker who already worked with bands and musicians like Morrisey, Smashing Pumpkins and Garbage, played the drums.

In addition, the band got confirmed as supporting act for a New Model Army concert in Brest on February 12th. Double Elvis will even be doing several gigs in Germany during the next months.

White Rose Transmission is a naturally evolved collaboration of close musicians around Carlo van Putten (singer of Dead Guitars). Their fourth album will be released in spring via Echozone.

During the last 14 years this band project has always explored new aspects of their sound due to ever-changing lineups and guest musicians such as Marty Willson Piper (The Church) or Mark Burgess(The Chameleons).

After the decease of founding member Adrian Borland (The Sound) in 1999, their third album was out in 2006 featuring guitarist and painting artist Rob Keijzer already as a permanent band member. This spring, White Rose Transmission will release their fourth album "Spiders In The Mind Web" having Frank Weyzig, a. o. guitarist of the original Clan Of Xymox lineup and singer of Born For Bliss, jumped on the bandwaggon.

Again, with this album the band project demonstrates that even today handmade, acoustically composed and performed songs communicate an intimate intensity and beauty far away from any plain and clichéd self-pitying.

Having worked for numerous other projects during the last few years including a remix of the latest single hit of Eva K.Anderson whose "A Sound Of Silence" has just entered the Austrian charts, the Viennese musician Stephan S. is going to release his first self-titled solo album in spring via Echozone.

Lost In Desire combines classic guitar wave with an opulent pop sound and a good and proper portion of melancholy. Those 11 songs know how to impress by means of an excellent production, expressive vocals and a variety of sounds.

In doing so the album offers a broad range of epic soundscape like "Vampire" or "I Am You" as well as some fluffy light wave pop gems ("Walking On Air") which are worth discovering.

Soon, Lost In Desire will go on tour to present the new album.

With their new album "Lost Inc." (release date: spring 2010)  White Pulp consistently follow the path which they have entered with their first album "Ashamed Of Yourself", and in no way White Pulp are "lost". The evident industrial rock sound is even more explicit than on their debut album.

Throughout the whole album, the band knows how to uphold the tension by means of little changes of music style because "Lost Inc." impresses with many guitars, noise elements and a good and proper dose of melodic catchiness. 

As a special extra the album features a brilliant cover version of the Tears For Fears classic "Mad World" as well as three acoustic versions of songs of the debut album.

After their cover version of the Dead or Alive classic "You Spin Me Round" was chosen for the sixth season's pilot of the US show "Desperate Housewives", No Comment is now going to release an EP giving a taste of the next copious - and long overdue - remix  album.

"Like A Record" features seven songs including the original and the 2010th version of "You Spin Me Round" as well as three new remixes from the Polyradah album ("Secrets", "The Museum" and "Cafe Sureal") mixed by Datasushi, Nachzehrer and Crush In Basement.

The EP also contains a single and a club mix version of the Vangelis classic "Pulstar".

After their second album "Man Machine" from 2008, the electro trio Lost Area is going to release their third album in April / May 2010 via Echozone.

The new album features 13 tracks plus an exclusive Gecko Sector remix of their song "Unborn" presenting a varying mix of electro and future pop which displays the obvious musical progress of the band. The powerful voice of singer / guitarist Markus Bär combined with Andi Grundler's rough one provides the songs with an audible individuality.

Gerrit Thomas (Funker Vogt) produced and audio mastered all songs and in doing so, he is responsible for the necessary and appropiately thrilling sound of the album.

Golden Apes are about to release their sixth album entitled "Denying the Towers Our Words Are Falling From ...". At the same time Golden Apes' back catalogue (all albums having been released since 2000) will be available worldwide for download.

The new album proves again why the band around the charismatic singer Peer Lebrecht has been an integral part of the alternative wave and gothic scene for over ten years now. Songs like "Liberation" which is going to feature on the upcoming ECHOZONE compilation, cannot deny their affinity with bands like Love Like Blood or Peter Murphy. However, the album has more to offer. "Denying..." captures the sound of classic wave rock bands like The Chameleons or The Convent whose influence still continues to have an effect on the respective music scene up to the present day.
