Fastball-Musiker um Klaus Vanscheidt, Tim Husung und Dirk Hackenberg riefen die Freunde und Kollegen zusammen um dem verstorbenen Idol RONNIE JAMES DIO unmittelbar nach seinem Tod zu gedenken.
Um die 700 Zuschauer kamen trotz des Montagstermins und brütender Hitze von fast 40° in die Zeche Bochum, um gemeinsam mit den Musikern Ihrem Idol zu huldigen.
Neben Axel Rudi Pell, Doogie White und DORO standen auch Marco Wriedt, Harry Oellers, Holger Auer, Christof Leim, Ferdy Doernberg, Martin Kesici, Bernd Aufermann und Volker Krawczak auf der Bühne vor der Leinwand mit Ronnie James Dios Porträt. Nun ist es offiziell: Patrick Nuo wird neben Dieter Bohlen in der Jury der nächsten DSDS-Staffel sitzen. Patrick ist momentan dabei Songs für sein neues Album zu schreiben, das voraussichtlich im nächsten Jahr erscheinen wird. Bis dahin gibt es die aktuelle Single "The Sun", die Patrick mit seinen Schweizer Kollegen von VIVIAN aufgenommen hat.

Die Originalversion des Titels ist übrigens auf dem VIVIAN-Album "Nordic Hotel" zu hören.

Die schwedischen Popmetalpunker von BLOWSIGHT sind als Toursupport für die Europatour ihrer Landsleute von SONIC SYNDICATE bestätigt worden. Sie werden auf dieser Tour ihr neues Album "DYSTOPIA LANE" vorstellen, das Ende Oktober erscheint.

Pump have been confirmed for the ROCK OF AGES Festival in Seebronn on the31st July. Also confirmed are bands like Foreigner, Suzie Quatro, Russ Ballard, Axxis a.m.m.
As the Pump-Show is scheudled for the afternoon, the boys can further play the already confirmed show at the Open Air in Warmbronn the very same evening.

Pump report a line-up change: Lead-Gitarrist Stef Bertolla has left the band for private reasons. He will be replaced by Marcel "Selly" Bernhardt (photo) who had already helped out at some shows on the most recent tour.

At the moment the band is already preparing for the recording of their fourth album. Further we have signed an exclusive US-deal with JAMSYNC MUSIC for the first three albums. A US-tour is in preparation as well.

Since 2001 PUMP play solid hard rock in the tradition of bands like Dokken, Skid Row and Tesla, celebrating the 80ies rock sound. Their solid and steadily growing fan base just loves them. PUMP got a lot of attention from the media and rock icons like Axel Rudi Pell or Queensryche personally invited them to play as a support act on their tours in 2005 and 2004 respectively.

Now, after the release of their latest album "Sonic Extasy" we bring the first two albums "Against Everyone's Advice" and "Breakdown To Breakthrough" back into the stores, as re-releases with some previously unreleased bonus-material on.

The german rock legends FRANZ K. present their new double-A-side-single "Maedchen und Frauen"/"Du bist die Freiheit". It is already the third single from their latest album "Mehr Respekt". Both songs are now available as downloads in special radio versions.
Of course the band will continue to play live regularly. So check out the band website from time to time.

More than you might think at first glance.
Both are from Stockholm, Sweden, and both live passionately true to their motto: We play what we want.

Blowsight are out once again, as bandits restlessly roaming the various genre-worlds. With their new Single „Bandit For Life“ they recklessly show new facets without deviating an inch from their characteristic popmetalpunk-sound. A new anthem to rock music, a commitment for life.

Bandit Rock chose „Bandit For Life“ as their new theme song, also the titel will be published on the annual Bandit Rock CD-Compilation in Sweden on May 5th. The official worldwide download release is scheduled for May 21st (it can already be preordered for example at Musicload)

Right after the release of his latest single "Für Dich" (his first ever release in German language), Luxemburgian singer Jimmy Martin headed back into the studio to record his first longplay album in years.
The CD with the title "Electric Overload" will be produced by famous top producer Tommy Remm at the Valicon Studios in Berlin. Further there will be contributions from several longtime companions as songwriters and/or guest musicians, such as Clif Magness, Rick Springfield and Laurie Wisefield, just to name a few.
The release of the album is scheduled for fall 2010. And maybe there will be even a Jimmy Martin-Tour? Who knows...

Recently we have re-released Jimmy's first solo-album "You Get What You P(l)ay For" from 1982 on CD (remastered incl. a bonustrack). A real AOR-classic - check it out!

The Silent Art Orchestra is the synonym for progressive and timeless instrumental music. In March the two-piece will play a mini-tour of four live-shows in Germany. Guitarist Thomas Maos und drummer/percussionist Sandi Strmljan will perform mainly songs from their most recent album "Larger Than Life".
The two exceptional musicians know exactly how to delicatley merge the sounds of acoustic instruments with electronic grooves, and to create dreamfully compositions. Riffs and longing melodies of blues and oriental music meet urban electro-beats and lacy programed and live grooves.

After three successful albums as a four-piece VIVIAN decided to recruit a keyboarder as fifth man. There were many candidates and after trying out plenty of different keyboarders they finally found the one who was right for the job. At their gig at the Ventil in Baden/Switzerland on May 05 2010 VIVIAN will introduce their new band member to their fans.

The multicultural band from Germany's Rhineland finally returned to the studio after touring Germany, Poland, Russia, Greece, Austria and Switzerland and they started to record their second album. After a successful pre-production session with Tony Bongiovi (Aerosmith, Ozzy Osbourne, Ramones, Jimi Hendrix, etc.) in Florida and another pre-production session in Germany, the boys from TRI STATE CORNER continue to work on their second album which will be called "HISTORIA". The renowned producer Fabio Trentini (Guabo Apes, H-Blockx, Donots, etc.) also worked with TRI STATE CORNER on this very complex concept album. The release date for the album is set for October this year and TRI STATE CORNER are already planning an extensive European tour.
If you do not want to wait, you can catch TRI STATE CORNER live in April/May when they are on tour with Nazareth.
